E-government in Czech Republic This project will enable citizens to be actively involved in the decision making process on the local level. The project will analyse the current situation of accesibility and use of e-media on the local level and its future potential in communication between citizens and local authorities. This project focuses on the support of organizations providing employment opportunities and leisure activities for senior citizens. Research on the current state of employment and free time opportunities in Prague would uncover the main obstacles for using these opportunities (for example, lack of information, lack of skills and knowledge of clients). The outcome of the project could be a training program for seniors to improve their skills as well as a publication of best practices in dealing with similar difficulties from abroad.
